Refund & Transfer Policy

Refunds — All Sales Are Final

All ticket sales for Influence to Income are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges on any ticket tier, for any reason — including but not limited to inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, or change of mind. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Ticket Transfers

While tickets are non-refundable, they are transferable. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or colleague up until November 1, 2026.

To request a transfer, email admin@loraleibayette.com with the following:

• Your name and the email address you used to register

• The full name of the person you’d like to transfer your ticket to

• That person’s email address

• That person’s phone number

Once we confirm the transfer, the new ticket holder will receive their own confirmation and event details. Transfer requests received after November 1, 2026 cannot be accommodated.
